Most orders are shipped from our USA fulfilment centre located in Texas. We do occasionally ship parcels from a few other fulfilment partners around the world for faster and cheaper shipping routes (mainly for UK & Australia orders).

Failed or Missing Delivery:

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Sauna Box Co.) at the customers expense. 

Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered: 

Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address. The shipping company will only mark the package as delivered once they deliver it to the address you provided. If your order is marked as delivered and you didn't receive it, we suggest checking your mailbox, contacting your local post office or calling the delivery company.

Tracking & Estimates:

You'll receive tracking when your order ships out, usually within 1-3 days after the order is placed (unless it is a pre-order). Please note that we cannot guarantee the delivery date and timeframe, since it's in the hands of the shipping company, the times stated above and at checkout are estimates from the courier itself and based on averages. To reap the health benefits, you'll need to stay in a sauna with temperatures between 150° and 195° Fahrenheit (65°-90°C) for 15 to 30 minutes. Sauna therapy works best with the right combination of time and temperature. Each individual is different and some people can tolerate higher temperatures.

We recommend starting out at around 150° Fahrenheit (65°C) if it's your first time, and then gradually increasing the temperature and duration for each session. That way, your body will acclimate to the heat.

We recommend adding water to the Sauna Box until it reaches an optimal level, typically just above the heating elements. The amount of water needed depends on your sauna's specifications and your desired steam intensity. If you live in more humid climates, less water might be needed. As the Sauna Box is insulated, it will retain heat efficiently, which means less energy will be required to maintain desired temperatures after the first session.

To keep the sauna clean for long periods, we recommend using a sauna cleaner after every 15 to 20 sessions. If you use your sauna infrequently, it's best to clean it at least once a month. Regular maintenance will help keep the sauna in top condition and extend its lifespan.

Absolutely! We've engineered the sauna to be both weather and UV resistant, so you can set it up indoors or outdoors, even in colder climates. The insulation layer helps retain the heat longer, but we still recommend turning it on at least once a day to maintain optimal heat levels.
